| The senior partner of the firm is John Cleden. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980, working for one of the big four firms of City accountants, Deloitte and Touche. He subsequently moved to the Fleet area and has spent his entire working career in practice in small firms in Fleet, providing a personal service to smaller business and non-business clients. |

| He is also a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. In recent years he began to appreciate the importance of personal financial planning to his clients, and undertook a course of study which culminated in the award of Chartered Financial Planner from the Chartered Insurance Institute. There are currently fewer than 600 Chartered Financial Planners in the UK, and this is the most prestigious award available to Independent Financial Planners. |

| John is also a Certified Financial Planner, which is a global qualification available only to financial planners who charge on a fee basis, rather than a commission basis. |
